Meet Carol
Carol is a certified wedding planner, event designer and floral stylist based in South Africa with over 5 years of experience in planning and designing events across South and East Africa.
Carol’s love for travel and celebrating life’s milestones motivated her to start a destination wedding business. Starting out as a floral designer, she quickly expanded into a full wedding planner. She loves showcasing Africa’s breathtaking beauty to clients from all over the world.
With a Post Graduate diploma in Business Management and a degree in Communications, Carol brings in her expertise, skills and dedicated work ethics to planning and execution of events.
Process

Getting to know you
After you have filled out the inquiry form on our website, We will schedule to meet with you either virtually or in person. This step is for us to get to know each other. We get to know your vision, goals and expectations for the wedding, and you get to know our approach. It is at this early stage that you share your preferred destination and inspiration images.
02.
Logistics & Planning
The second meeting is to map out the process. We will go through the questionnaire in detail. This will include venue selection, budget, number of guests, dates, vendor selection, permits, accommodation and production.
03.
Design
This is where we bring your concept to life by working with your visuals like colour palette and textures. Every design is personalized to your style, from florals, lighting, furniture, décor, food and drinks, making sure that you and your guests experience the best of every small detail.
04.
Execution
We will oversee the production from set up to tear down. Our coordination team will ensure a seamless run of event on the day of the wedding.
